All Of Our apartments are fully furnished to include;

• Generally  Double Bedrooms and double beds

• Bedroom furniture including built in wardrobes, shelf units, desks, chests of drawers & double beds, some rooms come with wash hand basins

• Living room/Kitchens include leather suite, table and chairs, coffee tables and television stands

• Built in oven & hob, fridge & freezer, washing machine and optional dish washer

• Shower/Bathrooms with gas or electric showers

• Floor coverings include ceramic wood, vinyl & carpet finishings

• Each appartment has its own electrical and gas supply & generally come with pay as you go cards electrical & gas card

• All apartments and bedrooms are master keyed

• Annual gas inspections carried out, and certificates provided from CORGI registered installers

All properties adhere to current HMO (Houses In Multiple Occupation) standards and include the following

• Fire Alarm Systems

• Emergency Lighting

• Fire Proofing Between Floors

• Loose Fire Equipment (Fire Extinguishers & Fire Blankets)
